Meet Rivky Itzkowitz Rivky is the Founder of Impact Fashion, a size inclusive modest label based in Queens, NY.  She has always loved fashion and has been watching runway shows and reading fashion magazines since she was a kid. However, red carpets and runways did not show a lot of modest clothing.  After high school, Rivky became a seamstress and dressmaker, specializing in modest clothes. Meet Eda Schottenstein Eda is the founder of  www.multirolewoman.com , a platform that educates people on the power of personal transformation and is also an ADD coach. She is based in Miami, FL but really globally since it’s mostly online and available to everyone.   After studying psychology, mental health counseling , and becoming an ADD coach, Eda wanted to share some of the insights and interesting research she came across in her studies. She had written many research papers on mental health and self-growth that she turned into articles which were later picked up by thrive global and other self-growth platforms. Meet Michal Behar Michal is the CFO of the Tree of Knowledge Learning Academy. Her mom started the company and they are based in FL, NJ, and OH. Michal started to work for her parents in high school over her school breaks. After finishing college, she worked for Tree of Knowledge doing marketing.  After getting her masters in management from NYU, Michal began to become more involved in the financial realm of Tree of Knowledge. She helped build the HR Tracker System, keeping track of staff attendance and sessions with students. Tree of Knowledge taught her the ins and outs of how the company worked. Nathalie makes everything custom, and has never made the same cake twice!  Nathalie was an award winner at the New York Cake Show and Kosherfest. She has been featured in multiple news articles in the USA, France, and Israel. Nathalie and her husband specialize in jewish themed cookie cutters, stamps, and embossers, all available on etsy.   Meet Rivka Weingot and Aviva Feld Rivka and Aviva are the founders of Driven Day, and are based in Baltimore, MD. Driven Day is a company providing women with the tools to live forward and set goals while maintaining their spirituality. Rivka saw a need in the market for planners that were for goal setting as well as being suitable for an Orthodox lifestyle. Stock Pick of the Week: IBM (6/1/20)

Stock Pick of the Week: IBM IBM is one of those companies that never gets old to watch. I bought it a few years ago and sold it for a small profit. It has a good dividend which makes it a worthwhile investment.  IBM’s price is now at the low 120s, but is rising daily. The stock is likely to go up to around 160, so it is a good long term hold. Meet Aja Cohen Aja is the founder of Transcendent Active, a women’s activewear brand centered around community, women, and modesty. She is based in Teaneck, NJ. She attended Pratt where she studied and worked in fashion and then converted to Judaism at age 26. Aja wanted to have a corporate fashion position, but left because her goals shifted and she wanted to focus more on her family. When she was laid off she decided to start her own activewear brand because she is passionate about teaching yoga, so Transcendent Active was born! Her company uses locally made sustainable fabrics in all their products.
