Meet Michal Behar Michal is the CFO of the Tree of Knowledge Learning Academy. Her mom started the company and they are based in FL, NJ, and OH. Michal started to work for her parents in high school over her school breaks. After finishing college, she worked for Tree of Knowledge doing marketing. After getting her masters in management from NYU, Michal began to become more involved in the financial realm of Tree of Knowledge. She helped build the HR Tracker System, keeping track of staff attendance and sessions with students. Tree of Knowledge taught her the ins and outs of how the company worked. Two years ago, Michal took payroll and financial duties for the Ohio and Florida offices, and oversees the budget and billing for the NJ office.
